Professional and motivated staff are vital if it is to be possible to offer high quality and innovative education. The Hague University of Applied Sciences has committed itself to giving staff the scope and opportunity to develop in a pleasant working environment. We do this on the basis of the HRM strategy for 2013-2015. Based on a human resources perspective, this HR strategy identifies the issues that are important for the achievement of the organisational objectives set for The Hague University of Applied Sciences. We have set out these issues into three strategic HRM tasks: correct basic service provision, professionalisation and smarter organisation.
