About the library
The Hague University has a
central Library in the main building at Laakhaven and locations at
Laan van Poot,
Delft. Students and staff can use these facilities free of charge. HHs students may also apply for a free library card for the
TU Delft library.
You can always come to the library to consult, study and borrow physical and digital resources, but the most of the latter can also be consulted from the comfort of your own computer, wherever you happen to be. The databases, e-journals and e-books contained in
the digital library are accessible through a variety of interfaces.
Library cards for external users
External users may borrow items if they have a library card, which costs € 15.00 per year (payable by
bankcard). To register, external users will need two forms of identification, one giving proof of identity and one giving proof of address (e.g. a recent bank statement). External users cannot use the digital library.
