Information literacy tools
Thanks to the Internet, we have access to a huge, and rapidly growing, amount of information, and it is sometimes hard to see the wood for the trees. How do you know what to look for and where to find it? How do you assess the reliability of what you have found? Another point to bear in mind: not everything you find on the Internet is for free. Searching for, finding and evaluating the quality of information is what information literacy is about, and these skills will prove just as useful after your studies.
The library offers several workshops and training courses to help you navigate the digital ocean.
